Wait, did the South Park kids just age? Are the children older?

So I just watched the latest episode of South Park where Stan turns 10 and then it hit me: These kids have been the same age for the last decade! Does this mean they have aged? Are they moving on to the next grade? Will we see changes in the characters? Or will they just keep having their 10th birthday over and over?
