for breakfast I had a banana , then I went tubing so while tubing I ate a little package of those healthy fruit snacks, a granola bar, and protein bar from tlc or kashi or something. Then once we were done tubing I ate a sandwich : wheat bread, 2 small slices of chicken, few pieces of lettuce, and on the side I had half a granola bar, half a kashi bar, 2 apple slices, and a lot of watermelon. Now it's dinner I just ate half a baked potato and now about to have macaroni and cheese. Too much?? And yes ice exercised for an hour today
