What episode of South Park is this?

I dont remember much of it but I do remember Stan (at least I think it was Stan) trying to uncover a secret and he finds this guy dressed up as a jester. The jester pretends to not know what Stan(?) is talking about but then starts talking in a deep English accent and his eyes suddenly look different. Also I remember they are walking down a hallway....and thats all I remember. I figured asking on here would be quicker than looking on the South Park episode/character list on Wikipedia...thanks guys.
