I've asked this many times please answer?!!?

Ok so my period is sill irregular. But it's the 28 day still no period (im not complaining). But I have changed my diet(used to be junk food now it's 90% healthy food,like fruits, yogurt, whole wheat popcorn)Not drinking much water tho. But will it be lighter now that I changed my diet? Or since it's late? Thanks. I'm 5'1", 110 pounds, and going to seventh grade. Also, is there anything I cn do before to make it lighter? T
