i been on i diet used to weigh 262 now im at 230 i ate one last week and it was good. i was wondering if this is heathy? oh and i ate one half for lunch the other for dinner...with water....i was wondering if this was heathy or should i stop eating that..and no i don't add any dressing or cheese or anything just everything i said in the question hehe thanks MUCH LOVE <3
